Over a period approaching three years you personally guided us through countless homes and neighborhoods until we finally found one that exactly matched our requirements. We were not easy customers and you and your staff could not have been more patient or helpful over that long period.
When we finally selected the house we wanted, your team was tenacious in the negotiating and efficient in the closing process. This was our 6th house purchase in 40 years. We know how the process should work; you and your team were most impressive. By far, this was the easiest purchase, beginning to end, that we have ever experienced. Communication and bargaining between buyer and seller through two real estate agencies can often be difficult. Never was that the case when dealing with your office. No matter what communication method was used, phone, text or email, you or your office responded to us immediately. Never was there any confusion between us and the sell. Excellent work on your part, I have never see better.
After the closing you continued to work with us as we transformed the house into our new home. Again you never failed a request and continued to amaze with your wealth of knowledge about the community and the services that we needed.
Because of you personally, and your office team, we are now enjoying the splendor of the “Sonoran Lifestyle” here in Fountain Hills.
